Return Policy for L.A.M.E

At L.A.M.E, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Period

Customers have one week from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2. Condition for Returns

Items must be defective or the wrong size to be eligible for a return.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval of the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that tickets for events cannot be returned. However, if an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive an automatic refund.

5. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for a different size only. Please follow the return process to initiate an exchange.
